If tickets were purchased on our website (theshowboxtheaters.com) you can receive a refund up to 10 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket/confirmation. You can request this refund through the refund link in your confirmation email, or by emailing the-showbox@cinemaplus.com.
Funds will be returned to the same payment card used to make the purchase. There are no refunds after the printed showtime, once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please consult theatre management or email us at TheShowboxManager@gmail.com.
